Thé Oolong Anxi

Floral, crémeux et structuré. Le oolong d’Anxi est souvent présenté à travers le Tieguanyin, mais la région ne se résume pas à un seul nom.

Dans les zones de Longjuan et les montagnes environnantes, différents cultivars comme le Tieguanyin, le Ben Shan, le Mao Xie ou le Huang Jin Gui suivent des processus proches, tout en développant des expressions distinctes une fois finalisés. Le Tieguanyin, dans son style traditionnel en feuilles allongées, s’ouvre lentement, avec une floralité retenue et une finale plus ferme. Le Huang Jin Gui se distingue par une aromatique plus haute. Le Ben Shan et le Mao Xie se situent entre ces deux directions, leur profil étant façonné autant par le travail de transformation que par le cultivar lui-même.

Notre sélection provient d’un travail de longue durée avec les mêmes producteurs à Anxi. Nous ne changeons pas de sources chaque saison. Ce qui est proposé ici reflète une continuité — du lieu, du savoir-faire et du jugement au fil du temps.
