Une version non fumée du célèbre Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong, également connu sous le nom de Lapsang Souchong.
La conception est d'une grande finesse, avec des feuilles d'une taille et d'une forme uniformes. Ce thé offre une texture moyennement corsée et une douce saveur sucrée. Son profil aromatique révèle clairement son terroir d'origine, avec des notes de fruits rouges séchés et une pointe de patate douce. La finale, d'une longueur moyenne à longue, dévoile une légère note de réglisse. Ce thé rouge répond aux normes européennes et provient de nos propres plantations.
