Collection: Wuyi Tea

In the mountains of northern Fujian, Wuyi’s rocky slopes, sheltered valleys and humid climate have shaped generations of tea cultivation and craftsmanship. This collection brings together two traditions from the region. Wuyi oolongs, with their diverse cultivars, processing methods and roasting practices, form its heart, while Wuyi red teas reflect a different approach to the same mountainous environment. Each has its own history, techniques and character. Our selection comes from tea makers whose work we know and trust, with attention to the growing conditions, seasonal variations and decisions made throughout production. Together, these teas represent the breadth of Wuyi’s tea-making traditions, from its celebrated rock oolongs to its distinctive red teas.
