2. Products Our products are premium teas and tea accessories. Product descriptions, including origin, weight, and tasting notes, are provided in good faith and reflect the product at the time of listing.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Delivery Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times are indicated at checkout and may vary depending on destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

5. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order using the withdrawal button on our website. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. We reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value of the goods.

Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed food products (including tea) where the seal has been broken after delivery, for hygiene or health protection reasons.

6. Returns Returned goods must be sent to [your return address]. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
