From the mountains and historic tea gardens of China, each order begins its journey with the utmost care.

Every tea is thoughtfully prepared in our atelier before being entrusted to international delivery. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details. Express Shipping includes full tracking, allowing you to follow your tea’s journey from origin to cup.

As our teas travel across borders, delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures. We thank you for your patience — true craftsmanship is always worth the wait.

Delays & Lost Shipments

International shipments may occasionally require additional time due to customs formalities beyond our control. An order is considered officially lost 45 days after dispatch. In the rare event this occurs, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund without hesitation. Our responsibility does not end at shipment — it ends when your tea is safely in your hands.
