Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We honour the centuries-old craft behind every tea we offer.

If, for any reason, your selection is not to your complete satisfaction, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Once received and carefully inspected, your refund will be issued promptly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our error, in which case we will cover all associated expenses.

In addition to our voluntary returns policy, consumers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please use the withdrawal option available on our website.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods. We reserve the right to make a deduction for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
