Huang Zhi Xiang is one of the most distinctive aroma types of Feng Huang Dancong. Its signature is the delicate, honeyed scent of white gardenia flowers. While different mountains, raw materials, and processing can subtly change the character of each tea, the soft, floral fragrance remains at the heart of this style.

This 2025 Huang Zhi Xiang comes from Wudong Village on Feng Huang Wudong Mountain, over 1,000 meters above sea level. The tea trees are over sixty years old. It is carefully roasted three times over traditional wood charcoal fire, with a medium roast that brings out the natural floral sweetness.

The dry leaves carry a gentle, clean fragrance with the unmistakable aroma of fresh white gardenia. When warmed, the scent blossoms fully—clear, bright, and vivid, like a bouquet of delicate white flowers.

The tea liquor is fresh and smooth. The floral aroma rises from the cup, flows into the mouth, and lingers in the nose with each sip.
