My Notes
The highest version of Chuan Hong from the Meng Ding Tea Research Center. Thick and round body with a soft texture. The tea brings out lovely rose aromas which get more precise along each brews. Mild sweetness and beautiful length. This beautiful red tea goes very well with Nougat. The sweet side of nougat brings out the rose aromas to compliment the almonds.
