Delivery Issues

If your package:

  • Hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe: Contact us with your order number and we'll investigate
  • Is damaged: Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Is lost: We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement
  • Is held at customs: Contact your local customs office with your tracking number

  • We currently do not ship to Cyprus - we apologize for any inconvenience
  • Some remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times
  • Certain premium tea collections are exclusive to European markets and ship from our French warehouse
