Delivery Issues
If your package:
- Hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe: Contact us with your order number and we'll investigate
- Is damaged: Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Is lost: We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement
- Is held at customs: Contact your local customs office with your tracking number

- We currently do not ship to Cyprus - we apologize for any inconvenience
- Some remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times
- Certain premium tea collections are exclusive to European markets and ship from our French warehouse
- All shipments include tracking numbers
