Shui Wu Xiang Jin Guan Yin

With the Shui Wu Xiang Tie Guan Yin, we are happy to offer an alternative to the medium and heavily roasted Jin Guan Yin. This oolong is reminiscent of the green tie guan yin fashion from a few years back but with a bit more fermentation and longer drying. The result is a tea that starts out quite on the milky side with hints of honey and pass the mid mouth section, flowers aromas are developing. After a few brews, the delicate white flowers taste dominate and the tea offers a good length with a smooth medium body and a mild sweetness.
