This millesime has undergone a lighter roasting level to make the flowery profile of the tea available starting the second brew. As it is brewed, the tea will slowly let the flowery profile be dominant and it is complemented by a lovely fruity layer. The tea is medium-bodied with a mild sweetness and a good lenght.
