Aged Bai Hao Yin Zhen

This bai hao yin zhen is only starting to age. The color of the leaves is much darker but the liquor is still quite pale. In mouth, the tea shows sign of evolution with a thicker and sweeter liquor. Years of storage have brought more weight and structure to the liquor and it will be well complemented by a dessert like Mont Blanc.
