Xiu Ning Songluo tea, a pan-fired green tea from Anhui Province's Songluo Mountain region, was historically prized for its medicinal properties. Harvested around Grain Rain, only tender leaves are selected and promptly processed. During production, meticulous care is taken to remove stems and old leaves to preserve freshness. Hand-fanning during pan-firing is crucial to maintain color, aroma, and flavor integrity. High-quality Songluo tea is characterized by its tightly rolled appearance, vibrant green color, refreshing aroma, and rich, mellow taste with hints of olive fragrance.
