Da Fang tea, the ancestor of China's flat-shaped tea, has a documented history of over a thousand years in the "Jiu Wu Dai Shi (Old History of the Five Dynasties)." The celebrated production techniques of Longjing tea evolved from those of Dafang tea, establishing Dafang tea as the precursor to Longjing tea.

This  Mingqian first picked Da Fang tea is harvested from the top valley, with dry leaves exhibiting a yellow-green hue and a prominent chestnut fragrance. After brewing, each tea leaf gracefully stands upright in the cup. The tea liquor has a rich and robust flavor, with a pronounced bean aroma and a lingering aftertaste.
