From the Sichuan Agricultural University, This mao feng while looking delicate is a strong green tea. The tea taste is strong, the liquor is full-bodied with low swetness. We can clearly taste the chao Qing (pan firing) processing. Some flowery fragrance appear after a few brews but here the tea taste is the star.
The tea has good length and builds fresh and sweet finish.
