beautifully aged, this lovely Tie Guan Yin from our own fields was processed traditionnaly. After 10 years, The tea has digisted the roasting and has developped a soft medium-body. A touch of honey brings a hint of sweetness and the flowery character is pure. The tea show a good balance between depth, aroma, body and sweetness. For gong fu tea, we suggest to use a ratio of at least 8gr/100ml of water.
