A very well matured 2001 cooked tuo cha from the famous Xia Guan Tea Factory. We have stored this 100gr puerh tuo cha carefully and today the "wo dui" (fermentation) taste is totally gone. The tea soup is very round, mildly sweet, soft, and offer woody aromas with flowery undertones.
We suggest to use a Yixing teapot made of qing shui ni or pin zi ni zi sha to brew this tea and a ratio of at least 10 grams for 100ml of water. While this puerh is ready, it will keep well for at least the next year. A great one to pair with a mild cigar
