All orders are usually shipping within 48 hours of their reception. Sometimes, we can experience a delay with the shipping due to the non-availabily of a tea or a product. The package will then be sent in a timeframe of 2 to 5 days.

4 different shipping methods are available for most of the countries: SAL, Airmail, Surface, and UPS. All our orders are packed very carefully before shipping. Please, note that Jing Tea Shop do not ship orders on weekends or national Chineses holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS

China Post Airmail: 10 to 14 days delivery - Suitable for all types of items and recommended for loose leaves, porcelaine, and yixing tea ware
SAL (Sea/Air/Land) - 4 to 6 weeks delivery - Recommended for compressed tea
Surface: 6 to 8 weeks - Recommended for compressed tea

IMPORTANT

1- Small packages with porcelain, loose leaves, or yixing teapots that are shipped will SAL or Surface shipping will not qualify for any refund in case the client chooses one of these shipping methods and the package arrives broken.
2- If your order includes porcelain, compressed tea, loose leaves. Contact us so that we can find the best and cheapest way to send your order by splitting it.
