Yunnan Gold is an extraordinary red tea with fuzzy shimmering golden buds. When infused, this lovely red tea creates a smooth full-bodied liquor with a rich amber color. The malty flavor combined with natural sweetness and vigor is unforgettable.
I agree with the other reviewer. This is by no means a special tea, but nevertheless it is gives a very satisfying and full brew, with a dark rich flavour, and not too much tannin. As an everyday tea this is excellent, and since it gives multiple infusions, the price is very reasonable.
