Origine : Xiang Hua Village, Inner Anxi County, Fujian Province. Plantation attitude : 800 ~ 1200 meters above sea level. Plantation varietals : Hong Xin Tie Guan Yin. Certification : Small production directly from local farmer. Notice : The ravage attitude of tea mountains in Xiang Hua areas are the highest in inner Anxi County. Dry leaves appearance : Tightly and evenly rolled into fisted shape. Dark green color along with some yellowish-brown hint. Fragrance : Fresh and sweet sugar cane fragrance in good purity combines with fresh vegetal touch. Liquor : Shinny pale greenish-yellow liquor has an excellent clarity. The liquor is thick and heavy in the mouth which is smooth and complex. Taste : The beginning contains an eggy hint with sweet sugar touch on the back. It turns into fruity along with the brews and shows a delightful flowery flavor at the end. The tea taste is rich but not over shouting.
