The aroma of this Yulan is every bit as intriguing as that of the Ba Xian and Xing Ren, but for some reason it didn't translate to the liquor. I've tried brewing it every which way, but the flavor always lasts for only a couple infusions and after that the mouth feel becomes puckering and astringent. I'd recommend the other two--they're fantastic!
