Shui Jin Gui is one of the 4 famous of Wu Yi and is also known in Chinese as Si Da Ming Cong (4 famous bushes). Traditionally processed using a high fermentation process and just a light charcoal wood firing to keep the pure fragrance intact. The sweet liquor turns more flowery with the brew. This is a nice tea to brew the old fashion way, lots of leaves in a small volume of water so time can be spent with this Wu Yi oolong tea which will show new faces along the brews.
