Origine : Fu An, Tuo Rong, Shou Ning, Zhou Ning, Xia Pu, Fujian Province. Plantation attitude : 600 ~ 860 meters above sea level. Plantation varietals : Fu Ding Bai Bai Cha, Fu An Da Bai Cha & Fu Yun variety. Certification : Small production directly from local farmer. Dry leaves appearance : The leaves are thin, long, and, even with small amount of fine white hairs on them. The black color leaves show a shinny hint. Fragrance : The leaves offer clean and fresh aroma that gives a calm and sweet nature feeling with hints of sweet potato. Liquor : The liquor holds a rich golden color with good clarity. The smooth texture is thick and oily. Taste : The thick liquor has a pure taste and yet complex; one side presents a sweet and soft taste combined with a delicate floral flavor on the back.
