Origine : Bai Lin, Hu Lin town, Tai Mu Mountain, Fu Ding County, Fujian Province. Plantation attitude : 500 ~ 800 meters above sea level. Plantation varietals : Fu Ding Da Bai Cha variety. Certification : Small production directly from local farmer. Dry leaves appearance : The tea is made by using only tender buds which are shaped into tight and elegant stripes. The leaves contains large amount of fine orangish-yellow hairs hence its nickname - Ju Hong (clementine red). Fragrance : A pleasant fresh and refreshing "Hao Xiang (bud's aroma)" is offered by the dry leaves. It smells creamy and sweet with a touch of chocolate. Liquor : The clear liquor has a bright red color with a thick and smooth texture. Taste : The liquor is thick with a "greasy" feeling in the mouth.
