Shui Jin Gui is one of the 4 famous of Wu Yi and is also known in Chinese as Si Da Ming Cong (4 famous bushes). Traditionally processed using a high fermentation process and just a light charcoal wood firing to keep the pure fragrance intact. The sweet liquor turns more flowery with the brew.
