This 25 year old Tie Guan Yin was rebaked 3 times and still shows youth with a lovely fruity profil. It is rare to find some genuine aged oolong tea so we are always exited when some fellow tea farmers from our network decide to release some of theirs. This 23 year old Tie Guan Yin has been rebaked 3 times over the course of its life and it still shows youth with its mild acitidy and sweetness. In the mouth, we find a lovely baskett of fresh berries with medium thick body that shows a smooth texture.
When brewing Gong fu style, this aged oolong tea should be steeped longer than a fresh Tie Guan Yin
