For the season 2011, we will keep on offering the Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong red tea from 2010 because we believe that for the traditional Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong red tea, it is better to store it for a while to let the smokiness aromas decrease a little bit and let aromas of dry fruit emerging. The dry tea leaves offer a sweet and delicate smoky fragrance with a hit of fruitiness. The tea offers a thick and sweet liquor with some cocoa undertones and dry fruit aromas. The tea liquor has good clarity and shows a beautiful amber hue with a good clarity. The aftertaste is sweet and gets persistent after a few tea cups
