The strong leaves from inner Wu Yi Rock show a dark color with a thin white frosted coat on the surface proof of a good roasting. The fire taste is now almost gone and the tea is pleasant to drink now but still could care for a few months of storage. The first 2 brews give the typical raosting flavor from Wu Yi oolong tea but at the 3rd brew, the tea start to show its aromatic profile. An exquisite flowery taste in good balance with the tea taste, there are hints of mint in the middle which procures a nice sensation of freshness. This oolong tea will be a good match for afternoon tea or brunch.
