remarkable tea, 17 Mar 2008
by J W Wilson

This tea is as described in the information given to us by the Jing Tea Shop. I would add: I make my tea by pouring boiling water through a strainer, so this review is NOT for traditionally steeped tea. That said, this is a remarkably robust and smoky flavored tea. It is so pleasant to the taste---wonderful, strong tea. No unpleasant aftertaste or bitterness. A little bit of this tea would go a very long way. I think this tea would be splendid for someone with a cold--very comforting. I will make a pot as directed and add notes to this review later. I highly recommend this tea to those who love a strong, clean taste. Excellent price for the quality!
