Dry leaves appearance : The leaves carry a deep green color with some purple hue on the back of the leaves. The straight and tender buds are cover by fine white hairs.
Aromas : Fresh nutty aroma is showed from the dry leaves. Sweet vegetal touch reminds a bit of the asparagus, some creamy nose like cooked chestnut and yolk as well.
Liquor : The color of liquor is very pale and clear. In the mouth is surprisedly thick but very clean and pure.
Taste : The soup is mellow with sweet fresh nutty taste. Orchid like flowery flavor appears after swallowing, elegant and delightful. The after taste is really sweet combined with complicate layered mouth feeling.

Tips : When you brew Chinese green tea in a gaiwan, always leave a little bit of tea in the gaiwan between each infusion. This is call “the root” and will allow you to get the best of the green tea.
