Dry leaves appearance : Liu An Gua Pian is the only green tea contains single leaf, no bud nor branch. The color is a deep green with "iron" like dark touch. Due to its unique processing, the surface of the leaves have a "white frosted" coat. Leaves are thin, light, and even.
Aroma : The aroma is rich and long in the nose. Warm and sweet roasted chestnut aroma announcing at the beginning and followed by a sweet delicate flowery touch.
Liquor : The soup gives a clear green color, which gives a refreshing feeling.
Taste: The liquor is rich in the mouth. The refreshing mouth feel combined with lovely bitter-sweet, its unique flavor, fresh and turns into sweet after swallowing. A delicate flowery note appears and the mouth gets sweet moist and left with a delightful tea taste.
