Net weight : 100gr/3.53 oz

Harvesting : Winter 2009

Plantation varietals : Rou Gui

Grade: AA

Origine : Da Ping Village, Anxi County, Fujian Province

Plantation attitude : 400 ~ 600 meters above sea level

Notice : The Rou Gui varietal is originated from An Xi and was then took to Wu Yi, not the other way around.

Dry leaves appearance : Small leaves evenly rolled. The color shows that the tea was baked evenly as well (We bought this tea unbaked and baked it ourselves).

Aroma : Flowery, melon, cinnamon

Liquor : The fruity and cinnamon aromas are found very clearly in this mellow medium-bodied liquor which provides a good length with taste building up nicely cups after cups. This spring harvested added up a lovely milky white flower aroma all way along with each brews.

Zi Sha Recommendation : Qing Shui Ni, Xiao Hong Ni, Zi Ni, Duan Ni (if the walls are thick)

This excellent tea is the real deal. The cassia taste doesn't come out until the 3rd or 4th brew but once you get there, it's nice and subtle. At first, you may find this tea a bit too astringent, but once you experiment you can find the right way to brew and it will bring out everything this tea is known for. I highly recommend this tea; the leaves are full, solid and very pleasing to the eye.
