Notice : The Rou Gui varietal is originated from An Xi and was then took to Wu Yi, not the other way around.
Dry leaves appearance : Small leaves evenly rolled. The color shows that the tea was baked evenly as well (We bought this tea unbaked and baked it ourselves).
Aroma : Flowery, melon, cinnamon
Liquor : The fruity and cinnamon aromas are found very clearly in this mellow medium-bodied liquor which provides a good length with taste building up nicely cups after cups. This spring harvested added up a lovely milky white flower aroma all way along with each brews.
Zi Sha Recommendation : Qing Shui Ni, Xiao Hong Ni, Zi Ni, Duan Ni (if the walls are thick)
