The very small leaves of this dancong tea are nicely twisted and show a dark olive green. Once wet, the tea leaves show their true color, a lovely green with yellow and plumish red hues. The dry leaves give an elegant almond aroma complemented by a nice sweetness. When wet, a beautiful mountain honey aromas arise from the leaves. The tea liquor is very clean and delicate, there is a very pleasant mouth feeling due to the mild thickness of the tea, the sweet aftertaste, and the honey/nutty aromas which are feeling the whole mouth.
