Liu An Gua Pian green tea is one of the most famous Chinese green tea. Liu An County tea first appeared on the list of tribute teas to the Emperor during the Tang Dynasty with the Liu An Cha which was a steamed green tea. The Liu An Gua Pian appeared on the list of tribute tea during the Qing Dynasty. The dry leaves offer a nutty and fresh fragrance that turns into a pale liquor with a light flowery aroma. The liquor is quite thin with a delicate flowery flavor that appears in the mouth after swallowing the liquor. This green tea with its very pleasant sweet and fresh aftertaste is a good choice as a hot day drink. - ORDER A SAMPLE - Tips : When you brew Chinese green tea in a gaiwan, always leave a little bit of tea in the gaiwan between each infusion.
